Invincibility, stage select
Hold L and R when you turn on the Super Nintendo. Still holding L and R, press Select 30 times when the Virgin Games logo appears. A new menu will appear, letting you choose a stage and turn on invincibility ("Lives").
View ending and credits
Press L, L, R on the title screen. It will show the ending, followed by the credits.
