Press C, Left, Down, B, Right at the title screen to begin with 30 lives.
Infinite lives
Press Left, Right, Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Down on the title screen for infinite lives.
Small characters at the Character Select screen
Go to the Options screen, highlight "Exit" and press Left, Right, Right, Down, Right, Left, Right, Left, Left, Right, Down. Repeat this sequence three times, then begin the game.
Sound Test
Press B, D, B, D, B, D at the title screen. Press Left and C at the same time during the ending sequence the code activates. This will pause it. You can press B, C, D, or any of the directions to hear different sounds.
Unlimited weapons
On the Character Select screen, press Up, Left, Down, A, C, D.
View ending
Press B, D, B, D, B, D at the title screen. It will show the ending as if you had just beaten the game.
