Characters
Crono
Crono is the only one with the skill and ability to change the destiny of his planet. At first, he may be young and inexperienced, but he'll mature into a skilled swordsman who will master Lightning magic.
Marle
Marle (who is actually Princess Nadia of Guardia), was disappointed in her royal life, ran off to the Milennial Fair and bumped into Crono. She then followed him for the rest of his journey. With her crossbow close at hand and the power of Water magic, Marle is a powerful adversary.
Lucca
Lucca is brilliant inventor from 1000 A.D. She holds a powerful gun at one side, and blows away enemies with her powerful Fire magic.
Frog
Frog, whose name is really Glenn, was turned into a frog by Magus. He has vowed revenge on Magus for all the evil he has done and wields a long sword to destroy all enemies in his path. Eventually, he will master Water magic. He is from 600 A.D.
Ayla
Ayla, cavewoman from 65,000,000 B.C., possesses surprising agility and power. She prefers to rely on her fists for battle. She doesn't have any magic, so she will be pretty much a fighter the whole game through.
Robo
Robo is a robot from 2300 A.D. He possesses no magic, but his abilities resemble Shadow magic. He uses his power-packed fist to knock out enemies quickly.
Magus
Magus, from 600 A.D., is Frog's mortal enemy. He is pure evil, and possesses Shadow magic. He holds his trusty scythe at his side.
