While, there are some study group i wish i am not there. Let just omit any specific details. (But, i think if anyone who make me feel irritated in the study group see this will regconize who i'm talking about.) That's becos i openly express my annoyance, i actually said something like you are irritating. Anyway, i'll be in Will Group till December 2002, maybe till November 2002. After that, i'm out. :)
Will Group is also a medium of meeting people, where facilators can get to know the students/participants and vice versa.
Hello, everybody that i have met in Will Group(facilators or participants), hope we will be good friends about 10 years from now. Now, we are merely "teacher" & "students", i guess. :)

For your information, i do not join this group wholly "willinglly" :P . It's part and parcel of a scholartship agreement. As a reciever of scholarship, i have to work for the college. Either working as assistant to departments or Will Group. Personally, i find working in department stressful and unfulfilling, and workload is great too. Kind of, there are more responsibilities and chain of command that sort. I worked in the Students' Affairs Office for one semester. And later join Will Group just as it's concieved at Jan 2002.
I find working in Will Group more flexible, and much of the activities, time/location of the study group are discussed among the students and I (sometimes, they refer me as teacher :P)
Currently, i am the facilator for 4 subjects, namely:
Now, i have grown to like working as a facilator in Will Group. I got to know other facilators too, all of them are quite good academically. Among them are Ernest, Lai Yin, Jin Han & Wai Hon.
