Beijing Pork with Spring Onion

Ingredients:
300g sliced pork
300g spring onion, cut diagonally 3cm strip
oil
soy sauce
wood ear

Method:
1. Heat oil over high heat, fry pork till fragrant.
2. Add spring onion, soy sauce and wood ear.
3. Ready to be served.
