History
Sian has been the capital world of the Cappellan Confederation for a long time. Sian was raided by the Federated Suns in 3030.

Economy
Sian is the center of Economy for the Cappellan Conf. It is a trading post with the Free Worlds league, and a major producer of computers and holovids. Unfortunately, expanding industrialism is destroying wildlife. Sian is the home of the Barduc and Sheng nobilities.

Geography
Sian, is heavilt forested. Oak, Pine, and Bamboo are common. It was modeled after an idea of paradise.

Climate
Sian has a warm, mild, moist climate.

Landmarks
The Summer Palace, on the southern continent is a major tourist attraction. The Sian University is a well known landmark.

Martial Information
This is the home of the Sian Center for Martial Disciplines. It is also the center of operations for the Death Commandoes, and the Red Lancers. Up until 3060, the Prefectorate Gaurd and Holdfast Gaurd also called Sian home.
