History
Siezed from the Cappellan Confederation by the Federated Suns in 3005. Seccesion of the St. Ives Compact from the Cappellan Confederation brought Kittery under the rule of Candace Liao.

Economy
Kittery is an agricultural planet. The rest of the planet is covered in dense jungle. Travellers in these regions run the risk of running into Godams. These are dog sized lizard that travel in packs of up to twenty and are quite viscious.

Martial Information
Since the Suns took the planet, there has been a rebellious group known as the Kittery Tong, using geurilla warfare, protesting the Federated Suns/Commonwealth rule of the planet. The 1st Kittery Training Battalion and the 1st Kittery Borderers call this place home.
