Economy
There hae been small gold deposits discovered on Algedi but nothing major. The Draconis Combine only owns half of this planet. The other half belongs to the Algedian Azami. No non-azami are permited on the azami half of the planet.

Geography
Algedi is covered in deserts.

Climate
The sun takes up one third of the Algedi sky. There is no night. Only the Azami have adjusted. But the Azami are terrified of the dark when they leave the planet. Everyone else suffers from constant "jet lag." Very hot and extremely dry.

Martial Information
There are often minor clashes between the Azami and DC. There is a high but unconspicuous ISF presence here.
