PC - Radio Interface

Physical Layer

The physical layer is based on radio and does not follow any WLAN standards. It uses the conventional radio used for voice communication. The modulation scheme and the transmitting  frequency of the radio is not our concern. The range of transmission solely depends on the strength of the power amplifier of the radio. The input to the radio is an audio signal in the range 300 Hz - 3kHz. Digital data from the PC is fed into a modem developed by us. The modem outputs the modulated signal to the radio.

Further Details of the Modem Design will be added soon.
