TrueBliss came together when they responded to ads in local newspapers and on TV. The whole thing was also being made into a 'made-for-tv' documentary. Over 500 girls auditioned and out of those 500 girls only 5 were picked to become "Popstars" (the name of the documentary>. These very talented women's first single "Tonight" went to number 1 and ironically their single was titled "Number 1". Their debut album "Dream" was released in June 1999 and since then TrueBliss have become true "Popstars".
