Mission: Failed

These are some missions that the Sniffles have failed
(not without grace and honor, though).

Bananarama '98

1998 was the year that Nitwit was assigned to infiltrate a supposed summer camp; at least that was the front. With Oyster and Mongrel's help, Nitwit disguised himself as a tropical dancing girl. The mission was to find hard evidence proving the "summer camp" is really a child labor sweat shop for Regis Philbin clothing brand. After making it in, Nitwit, was enjoying a fancy tropical meal when his coconut bra began to slip off. One of the slavedrivers noticed the tropical dancing girl had a little more chest hair than normal. The disguise was blown and Nitwit made it out with minimal injuries, but the mission was failed.

Oyster's Reconasiance '96

Oyster was taking a sebatical from his spy work in '96. He planned to travel to Fiji with just his dog, Guido. That was the plan until a group of international terrorists from Guatemala, called the Sisterhood of Redalla, decided to mess with him. Oyster put up the fight of his life, but when he was outnumbered 24 to 1, it was difficult for him to resist. Oyster was taken hostage for a hefty ransom. Right before the Sniffles were to give in, an anonymous phone call came in revealing that the Redalla have a fear of meat. Infiltrating the Redalla's fortress, the Sniffles made it to where Oyster was being kept and scared off the group with a pack of hamburgers (they tried hotdogs first, but realized that they aren't real meat). Oyster has since then, completed his official Meat Hating Terrorist Negotiation package.

Scandal and Nitwit in 'Nam '72

The Vietnam War was at its peak in 1972 when Nitwit and Scandal, before the Sniffles, were assigned a dangerous area near Qui Nhon off the Coast of the South China sea. The mission was to locate a downed helicopter in the jungle and bring back any survivors found. Well, on the way to the supposed crash site, Scandal and Nitwit's platoon was ambushed by a mysterious group of Gorillas (as opposed to Guerillas). The entire platoon was wiped out except for Nitwit and Scandal who were injured badly; Nitwit, mortally. Scandal saved Nitwit's life in the jungle and brought him back to camp. Nitwit owes Scandal his life now.

Mayor's Ball '92

This was one of the most complicated missions for the Sniffles ever. In 1992, the newest mayor of Chicago recieved a death threat from a terrorist group originating out of Peru. His own body guards far from adequate, the mayor sought out formidable protection from the terrorist group. Being one of the best spy groups on the market at the time, he naturally called the Sniffles in. Sport made the arrangments with her computer skills, getting the team a small arsenal to fight off a small army. Mongrel, up on the balcony, kept close watch over the crowd with her Super Zoomo Specs 2000. Scandal, Nitwit, and Oyster went disquised as guests and sat one table away from the mayor. At precisely 9:23 in the evening, Mongrel took out her mirror from her purse to touch up on her lipstick. At exactly 9:24, the terrorists unexpectedly attacked the ball room and put two bullets into the mayor's arm. The Sniffles attempted to stop them, but they were unsuccesful and the mayor was taken hostage. The Sniffles went home that evening while the hostage negotiators took control of the situation and got the mayor back safe and sound. But since then, the Sniffles have not had many call backs from other mayors in the country.
