2 eggs, beaten Preferably use a Teflon Coated Fry Pan to make this dish. Put a small amount of oil in fry pan. Cook and drain the spaghetti and add to it 2 beaten eggs. Add 1/2 of the spaghetti mix to the frying pan. Spread ricotta over spaghetti. Add the sliced mozzerella cheese, covering the ricotta making sure all of ricotta is covered. Cook sausage in oven until brown & then slice and put on top of mozzarella cheese. (Instead of sausage you may use sliced pepperoni which we prefer). Add the sliced hard boiled eggs on top of sausage or pepperoni. Cover all of the above with the second half of the spaghetti mix. Fry until bottom is browned (like an omelette) then flip onto a dish and put back in pan until bottom is again browned. Do not cook with a high flame. You will have to judge the amount and also judge by how many pies you want to make. To make the flipping easier, use a small or medium frying pan to fry the first side. Then flip into a larger frying pan to fry the second side.
