Jean’s Sour Cream Cake

Crumbs:
3 cups flour
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cake:
2 sticks margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
8-12 oz sour cream

To make the crumbs, mix the ingredients together and form into little balls of crumbs. Put around the sides of a tube pan. Save the rest for the last 20 minutes of baking. To make the cake, mix all the cake ingredients together. Pour in batter into tube pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Add remaining crumbs and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
