4 red bell peppers Bake the red peppers in a 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until they begin to darken. Keep rotating the peppers to avoid burning. Cut in half lengthwise. Drain and cool slightly. Peel off skin and cut into strips. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with salt or Mrs. Dash. Add the olive oil or just enough to cover. Refrigerate the leftovers.
