Foolproof Pie Crust

4 cups flour
1½ cups margarine
1Tbs. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tbs.vinegar
1 egg
½ cup ice cold water

Mix the flour, sugar and salt. Cut in the margarine.In a measuring cup, mix the cold water, egg, & vinegar. Add liquids to dry ingredients, mold into ball. Rest 15 minutes. Makes 6-8" single pie crusts, 2 double 9" crusts or 1-8½ x 11 pan with lattice strips.
