French Dip Sandwiches

1-1 oz. package of Au Dus Gravy Mix
1 package of Italian Salad Dressing mix
1-16 oz. can of beef broth
8oz. water
3-5 lbs. boneless rump roast
French or Hoagie rolls

Mix all the ingredients (except roast) in a crockpot. Add the roast. Cook all day on low for about 8 hours. Turn once during cooking. Slice meat and serve on rolls. use the juice for dipping.
