Crab Cakes

1/2 lb. crab meat, cooked and shredded
2 egg whites
6 pieces of white bread, crusts removed and cubed
salt and pepper
Dried basil, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, curry powder and parsley
1/2 cup flour
1 cup corn meal
Horseradish Sauce

Season the crab with salt and pepper. Spice to taste with other spices. Mix crab with bread with hands. Add egg whites one at a time. Set aside In another bowl, mix flour and corn meal. Shape crab mix into a patty. Roll and coat with flour mix. Deep fry in oil for 3-4 minutes on each side til golden. Serve warm with horseradish sauce.
