Unbelieveable Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever made and eaten. The secret is the flour – you CANNOT SUBSITUTE!

3 cups malted flour*1 tsp. salt
2 sticks of butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups Sugar in the Raw**
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 bag Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chips
1/2 bag Hershey’s Mini Choclate Bars, cut in half
1/2 bag pecan halves

Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Set aside. Beat butter, sugar, sugar in the raw, vanilla and eggs until fluffy. Fold in the chocolate chips. Take about 2-3 tablespoons of dough and flaten to a medium to big sized cookie. Stick some chocolate bars and pecans into each cookie after its flatened. Bake at 375 degrees for about 11-15 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
