Bow Tie Pasta Salad

1 lb. bow tie pasta
1½ - 2 tsp. crushed, dry red pepper
¼ cup corn oil
½ cup sesame oil
6 tsp. honey
5 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt (optional)
¾ cup honey roasted peanuts
½ cup chopped green onions
2 Tbs. sesame seeds
cilantro leaves (for garnish)

Cook pasta to aldente and drain. In saucepan, stire red pepper & oils over med. Heat for 2 minutes. Add honey, soy sauce & salt. Stir to combine & mix well with cooked pasta. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Preferably overnight. When ready to serve, add chopped cilantro (optional) peanuts and green onions. Toss together and place in serving bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Refrigerate if not served immediately. Serve cold.
