Chilled Red Beans and Rice

1/4 cup reduced calorie Italian dressing
3 Tbs. water
2 Tbs. white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
1-15 oz. can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup cooked rice, chilled
1 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped tomato

Combine the dressing and spices in a jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously and chill. Combine dressing mix to the kidney beans, rice, celery, onion and tomato in a medium bowl. Toss well then cover and chill.
