Apple Cheese Ball

8 oz. white cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
paprika (to roll in)
cinnamon stick
bay leaf

Combine the white cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder and ground red pepper. Shape into a ball. Roll in paprika covering ball entirely. Put the cinnamon stick on top for the stem and the bay leaf on the side of the stick. Serve with crackers.
