1/2 large onion Cut the onion in large, long sections. Slice the pepper into 1" pieces. Cut tomato into wedges. Mix all in a salad bowl with the salt, pepper, and dressing. Finally, grate feta cheese on top and toss throughout the salad. Allow to sit for a couple of hours for the flavors to mix. Before serving, grate a little more feta on top. This salad is really colorful. After eating the salad, soak up the leftover sauce with french bread.
