Pokémon Yellow
Designed specifically for Pikachu lovers, Pokémon Yellow will follow Pinball as the next Pokémon release for Game Boy Color. The gameplay will essentially be the same as the Red and Blue versions of Pokémon, but the Yellow edition will be stocked with special features. You'll be able to choose Pikachu as your first Pokémon, and you'll actually be able to see Pikachu follow your character on the screen as you travel on your quest to be the world's greatest Pokémon Trainer. You can look at Pikachu at any time and watch funny animations as it hangs out, and even listen to the sounds Pikachu makes.
Pokémon will evolve at different levels in the Yellow version, and certain TMs will be reassigned to different Pokémon. Jesse and James from Team Rocket (who didn't appear in the Red or Blue games) are scheduled to make guest appearances. Perhaps the most exciting aspect of Pokémon Yellow is that you'll be able to make stickers of your Pokémon using the Game Boy Printer. Expect Pokémon Yellow to arrive in September.
