ICQ (I Seek you)
Icq is another communicating program on the net it is ranked as the best communicating program on the net! It is a really good program Icq99a is the best version and the newest version cause it has tons of new features on it. But a warning is that Icq99a has some bugs in it it's the testers version so it is not fully released yet. You can use icq98a which has been tested and has no bugs in it the official icq website ( www.icq.com ) encourages you to use icq98a but it's up to you icq99a may harm your system i have so far it hasn't done anything to my computer. It sometimes erases your contact list and stuff go to the bug website to find out what kind of bugs might be. If you have icq and want to update it to icq99a. Make sure to back up your contact list by going under browse go to c drive look for program files click on that look for icq click on that and there will be a folder called the DB save that on to your disk so you have a backup copy of your contact list incase it get's deleted. Too put your contact list back is you copy the DB contact list from the disk onto the hardrive the same way!
