Do the following first:
Make a copy of your current StarcraftBeta folder and place it off to 
the side with a different name if we need to look at anything in it.

Then Uninstall, Delete your StarcraftBeta folder, reboot.
Do a thorough Scandisk and Defrag. Install the Beta, then try to hop 
onto battle.net to get the patch again.
