MALON
Humanoid waste-dumpers residing in the Delta Quadrant. The Malon have yet to develope a warp engine that recycles antimatter. With this engine flaw they have turned to dumping the leftover theta radiation from their engines. One such Malon and his crew found a vortex leading to a void of stars 2.5 lightyears from the Malon home system. They profited well from this little-known vortex, cutting their dumping expenses in half, yet at the same time killing the only known lifeform to live in the void. The Malon are known greatly for their scavaging abilities.
