A Drone Superborg is a combination of 29th-century Fedaration technology, 24th-century Borg nanoprobes and Human DNA. The only one known to exist was created when a Human-Borg hybrid and a mobile holographic emitter was caught in an emergency transport after coming in contact with a proto-nebula. After these technologies were combined, the mobile emitter was used as the cerebral cortex (brain stem) of this "Borg".
