Chapter 1
"Oh Oh....I Will Come To You..." "And that was Hanson by request" The radio DJ said in his perky almost annoying voice.
Finaaly they had played it. I had requested I Will Come To You over an hour ago and they had just finished playing it. I was about to let
my mind drift back to the wonderful world of algebra when the radio DJ said something that caught my attention; "and latest hot off the press news about these hit teen
sensations." I listened more closely, "an official world tour has just been set up and they are set to hit Winnipeg April 12" The radio guy finished. I sat on my bed in complete shock, then I relized what I had just heard.
I jumped off my bed and started screaming; "oh my gosh!" I shrieked. I ran downstairs into the kitchen where I saw my mom doing dishes. "Mom!!!! Their coming!!"I yelled to her. "Calm down Lauren, who's coming where?" She calmly asked me.
"Who do you think?!? Hanson is coming to Winnipeg Aplril 12!" I said jumping up and down. Before my mom could say anyhting I picked up the phone and dialed my friend Stephanie's number. She picked up the phone after a couple rings and started screaming. It was
quite obvious that she had heard the news. We just screamed for awhile until my mom told me to shut up and calm down. We were both the biggest of Hanson fans and had been waiting for this news for a long time.We talked for a while about stuff like how excited we were and what to wear to the concert. Then we hung up. It was February 4 today, Hanson, would be here I would get to see them in like 2 months! I had lots of thingds to do of course. First I phoned select a seat to get more info, the guy who picked up told me the tickets went on sale March 2nd then he said there was not much he could tell me but to listen to the radio for the latest info.
That night I went to bed the happiest I'd ever been. I went to sleep dreaming about the concert.
