• that the temple of Sera's Perfekt Symmetry shall enjoy state support in all actions, as long as they continue their work for the betterment of Danigau;
  * that the guilds of Burgundy Tolsted and Burgundy Slepsid are declared official trading organizations of Danigau, and no other guilds may establish operations inside Danigau without specific permission from the Graf;
• that no competition or contests, of any type, may be initiated inside Danigau, without specifically granted permission from the Graf;
• that foreign guilds wishing to establish trade routes into Danigau must first gain permission from the Graf;
• that all trade routes going into or out of Danigau shall be taxed 1 GB if they produce 4 GB or less, and 2 GB if they produce 5 GB or more; purely internal trade routes are subject to taxation only once;
• that the Graf reserves the right to hold magical sources inside Danigau, and other wizards must petition the Graf before creating sources in the realm;
• that no private military units, except those maintained by the Graf, are allowed inside Danigau without specific permission from the Graf;
• that no private fortifications of any kind are allowed inside Danigau without specific permission from the Graf.

The Loyal Captain Of Muden has declared:

     In order to better link the coastal provinces of Muden for defense and trade, the Captain issues orders to build a new road. It shalld begin at Wesbralen, extending northwards from the city of Brechlen to the town of Halsarm then eastwards to the province of Cohrtab to link with the castle being constructed there on the coast, then continuing east through Golbrag and into Hauptrehr to end in the city of Saarmen.

The King of Daikhar Zhigun, Kallen Pickbiter Declares:

"Greetings people of Mjollinar & Ruelsfeg, in recent years both human and dwarf have seen an increase of gnolls in these lands. They strike quickly at towns unable to defend themselves. Any elf that does not currently have a nation to call his own is welcome. This invitation will be passed through forest creatures throughout the land.  Only those elves who wish to practice the ghellie sidhe are barred from moving to Coullabhie. The city of Sielvan in Treuchlyn is probably the countrys most beautiful. Elves who relocate to Coullabhie will be asked to make their home in or around that city.

For a small tuition fee, miners of other guilds and nations will be accepted as students and trained in the methods of mining developed by the Dwarves and Men of Dauren, the finest miners in all of Cerilia. Be it know that the Royal Fleet of Muden seeks sages, shipwrights, engineers and mages to attend a conclave of learning in the city of Brechlen this season, in the month of (ooc: insert name of third month of turn 4 here) Entry shall be open to any sage who can attest to their skill or be sponsored by an already established scholar, and will be fostered by the Captain of Muden herself, Lady Melisande Reaversbane. Be it also know that the Royal Fleet will be accepting applications from those attentending for induction into the Fleet Research and Development Institute, a center for the study and advancement of naval and civilian technology and magics that will stand complete within half a year. Applicants will be judged on their knowledge of their subject and their suitability for working within the Institute full time, with a set wage to be determiend dependent on their skills and knowledge. The Royal Fleet will accept the costs of research that relates directly to a naval field or any other invention or study that will assist in keeping the borders of Muden secure and her soldiers strong and safe. Those who cannot attend are welcome to come to Brechlen in Muden when they may and present themselves at the Captain's Rest there for consideration should they be unable to attend the ball in person."

the Noble Franz has declared that all trade route activity under the dominion of the Copper & Coke be halted and the guilds ships have been seized and confiscated. The law men of Wierech continue to arrest the C&C men and best bodyguards and none of the C&C employees are free from arrest.  Franz Keller has even gone so far as to accuse the guild of treason, for it would seem that he has evidence that the Copper & Coke Guild was responsible for orchestrating the recent invasion of Wierech at the hands of the Gorgon's Horde. In addition to these above charges, Franz Keller further claims that he has proof that the Copper & Coke has been smuggling contraband goods and weapons into the lands neighbor and ally realm of Danigau.
