Notes & Other Information

The Burrows is ruled by the "Quintain Council" which is lead by Edvarra. Edvarra expanded the Burrows nearly 40 years ago by leading thehalflings into the rocky hills and forests of Fellrock, and is said to have stripped the sources from the Sayer herself. A powerful little halfling, Evarra is not to underestimated, although it is said that she may be seeking retirement soon.
Allies	Enemies
Rheulgard Sendoure is well-disposed to the Burrows, when it remembers that the little realm exists. The Coullabhie harbours no ill will towards the halflings, despite the recent conflict with the Sayer.	The Sphinx is a constant threat, and may be the little lands undoing.
