underwater materia(not necessacery if you can beat Emerald under 29min).

How to Kill Ruby
After killing Emerald, take the item he gives you(Earth Harp) and go to Kham Town,
Then go into the upper right house and up the stairs. Talk to the old man and he will
give you all 3 mastered materias(WooHoo!master magic,master summon, and master command.)
