Jerry Atric is the one that comes up with most of the ideas on how to take over Little Tokyo. He's the head builder of all Seymour Big Cheese giant robots. He's a close friend of Seymour Big Cheese and he always seem to be by Seymour Big Cheese wand he blows up and end up getting blown up as well.
