Hi!! Welcome to Shirley's Thought of the Day and thanks for coming!! This page was made November 23,1998 because I've decided I need to get my thoughts out. Usually this thought page will have 2 or 3 thoughts...and will be update every day...if it's not updated the next day it is probably it's an important thought that I want everyone to know...or else I'm too lazy or I'm on vacation. So please read this page and tell me what you think.

I want to learn how to do splits or stradles. I want to be more flexible. I've been doing a lot of stretching like ballet, lunges, leaps, stradle rolls, and cartwheels. I wonder how long it will take for me to do a split or stradle. If you know how to do a split or stradle please email me here and tell me how long it took you, and tell me some stretches or excercises that will help me do a split or stradle. Thanks!

I can do push-ups but only 3 quarter push-ups. I can go really low, but when I lay on the ground and try to push my way up, I can only go half way and then I fall. Please someone who can do real push-ups please tell me some excercises that will help me to go all the way!! Please email me here about it.

Last but not least I am mad!! This girl named Lisa was so mean to me. She said that I was rude...I may be...but not as rude as her. She sends me a nasty note about how she hates me. I don't know why she would think I was rude...I was never rude to her, because I just met her. I hate the word hate...the only time I say the word hate is about racists, sexists, and things like that. I wish she would learn how to control her temper, and be nice. If she hates me....why doesn't she just not email me about it. Has a enigma like this ever happen to you before? If so email me here about it.
