Shirley (the creater of this page) needs new penpals who write long emails. All
emails to her must be very long and at least 8 sentences. Shirley also quotes
that they must be able to spell and not use annoying short terms for words
such as Gr8. She also has an age limit, she wishes for penpals to be between
