- Step across with right leg
into front stance figure eight into over right shoulder hold
- Step forward into front
stance using left hand figure eight into under left shoulder hold
- Pick up front foot turn one
hundred eighty degrees into a front stance and do a figure eight into an
over left shoulder hold.
- Step forward into front
stance figure eight using right hand into under right arm hold
- Turn to left change into
riding stance drop nun chucks from under arm into single (right) hand hold
- Step forward with right
foot into front stance powerful low block.
- Release from single hand
into two hand grab
- Step forward grab weapon
- Pull back and release
weapon
- Tornado kick with nun
chucks keop be sure and grab with two hands at the end
- Move back foot (left)
around ninety degrees into front stance angled to side high block
- Grab weapon and step
forward into riding stance turned ninety degrees bringing weapon to
