  1. Pull out nun chucks hold high above head with both hands pulled far apart.
  2. Step across with right leg into front stance figure eight into over right shoulder hold
  3. Step forward into front stance using left hand figure eight into under left shoulder hold
  4. Pick up front foot turn one hundred eighty degrees into a front stance and do a figure eight into an over left shoulder hold.
  5. Step forward into front stance figure eight using right hand into under right arm hold
  6. Turn to left change into riding stance drop nun chucks from under arm into single (right) hand hold
  7. Step forward with right foot into front stance powerful low block.
  8. Release from single hand into two hand grab
  9. Step forward grab weapon
  10. Pull back and release weapon
  11. Tornado kick with nun chucks keop be sure and grab with two hands at the end
  12. Move back foot (left) around ninety degrees into front stance angled to side high block
  13. Grab weapon and step forward into riding stance turned ninety degrees bringing weapon to shoulder
  14. Push up and throw rising knee kick stepping into a forty-five degree front stance
  15. Turn two hundred twenty-five degrees into front stance with angled two hand high block
  16. Grab weapon and step forward into riding stance turned ninety degrees bringing weapon to shoulder
  17. Push up and throw rising knee kick stepping into a forty-five degree front stance
  18. Turn left two hundred twenty-five degrees into front stance, over left shoulder hold
  19. Over right shoulder hold
  20. Step forward swinging in figure eight with right hand, step back swinging in figure eight
  21. Under right arm hold, over right arm hold, over left arm hold, under left arm hold
  22. Swing to right hip, pass behind back, reverse grab
  23. Step forward into front stance, low to high swing, over right shoulder hold, reverse grab
  24. Step forward into front stance, low to high swing, over left shoulder hold
  25. Swing to right side, swing to left side, over right shoulder grab
  26. Check kick, spinning side to side swing, dodge swing by head under left arm hold, tiger stance, keop
  27. Move back leg to left ninety degrees, figure eight to over left arm hold, extreme cat stance
  28. Step forward low to high swing, front stance, over right shoulder hold, low to high swing, over left shoulder hold
  29. Turn one hundred eighty degrees, figure eight to over right arm hold, extreme cat stance
  30. Step forward low to high swing, front stance, over left shoulder hold, low to high swing, over right shoulder hold
