A movie based on the comic books. In a horrible city where no one is a friend, three stories take place in one movie. Bruce Willis, Mickey Rourke, Benicio Del Toro, Clive Owen, Elijah Wood, directed by Robert Rodriguez, and there is said to have been some Tarantino involvement. First I must say that this movie would get a damn good score just because of the black and white/color mixing throughout the whole thing. this movie could be considered one gigantic art piece. Even though there are many seditious, horribly disgusting parts, they are neccesary I think to make the point of this storyline. All three stories jump out at you as original and unique, and the last story is easily one to put in the recordbooks. I think all around, this movie was a remarkable movie that everyone thought would bomb. 9.3 ~Armand
