Review on the movie Instinct

Very much contrary to the name, this is not a horror movie. It's not a war movie, or any kind of movie like that. This is a movie that strongly supports my opinion on human life and how it LIMITS itsself in so many ways. It progresses, and as it progresses, there's less and less you have available to you. This movie tells you straight forward that humans aren't naturally like this. We are not takers. We are not selfish sons of bitches who want only for ourselves. BY NATURE we take what we need. By nurture, on the other hand, we learn selfishness, and it's where we are right now. this movie compares to this thought SO well, I just coulnd't pass up the chance to review it. a movie about a man in jail with a therapist who can get him out if he can get the man to talk. apparently, this man did some studying with gorillas in africa. some hunters came by and he attacked them. no reason for his violence, one was killed. so here he is, high security horrible prison. and this therapist uncovers the truth. uncovers this mans experiences, and finds that he really did see beautiful things and found that the nature everyone describes as dangerous is safer than the safest city in the U.S. the movie was well put together, it had good stars in it (Cuba Gooding Jr. and Anthony Hopkins) and the movie all around was just perfect. I give it a 9.0 because I think there are a few things I would have liked to hear more about. 9.0 ~Armand
