Organism's Name: Giraffe

Organism's Scientific Name: Giraffa camelopardalis 

Habitat: The giraffe lives in herds in Savanna and open bush area and is native to most of Africa south of the Sahara.

Information: The Giraffe is the tallest mammal in the world with a short body compared to its very long neck. The name giraffe come from the arabic word zarāfa. The giraffe has very good sense of smell, sight, and hearing. Its main predator is the lion and when they are defending themselves, they kick with their heavy hooves.
