Basketball

Over the course of my school years I played basketball since I was young but I never really played on a team until I was in grade 6 but that wasn't very much we only had 2 games and about 10 practices. Grade 7 was the same but grade 8 we had about 9 games won 3 of them, and we got to ravel out of town for most of the games. Grade 9 sucked because of the teacher strike and we only had about 5 practices and no games. The coach of the senior team already had his eye on me and a couple of my friends and hopes we play our senior team.

Well...the seniors team thing worked out for me and i was the onyl one of my friends to do it...they decided they wanted to wait a year....i didnt get very much actual playing time but i learned lots and became a better player...now because of my hight i will have to hoepfully next year or the year after carry my team to the Islands like the other seniors did this year....hopefully i get that good...lol hopefully next year we will make it to the BCs and make a good placing.

Well it didn't happen and it is now the year after the year we wanted to go to the BCs....we had a chance but we didn't play the way we should have....we could have taken all the teams that we faced at the island but we just did not do what we expected....now for this year....practise starts in a couple days and hopefully the new guys will be able to handle our practises...hopefully i will too...(they really aren't that hard) anywhys this year we are doing some serious training and we want to kill at our islands...the players that carried their team last year all graduated so we have a slight chance....but ya so far this is what basketball is like

Soccer

I play lot of soccer over the winters. Started playing when I was about 7 but never really got into the game until 3 years ago and got way better ever since. At first I just played in town playing just little games then we made a team and sent it out of town. We didn't do very well at first and only won one game that year. The next year I went and played actually on an out of town team. We did very well and only lost once and won the season ad tournament in the end. This year though we sent a team from here and went all over the island playing other teams. We did very well and ended up getting 2nd in the season and the year end tournament was cancelled because of snow. My position is usually left defense. But I would play anywhere where my coach wants me too.

Well its yet another season and we have moved up to U-16 Rep soccer this year...so far we ahve had only 5 practises and most a are a little slow still...but so far its looking pritty good...once again i will be playing left defence but the coach also added i will be backup golie as well...i dont really like golie but oh well...lol...our first game is sunday the 22nd not sure where at or what time but hopefully i can update enough to get the sores and stuff up here...ok well thats it for now.

Well our first game did not go too well so far 5-2 for the other team. but it was our first game and we werent expecting for them to be so quick on their coner kicks...thats how they scored 3 of the five goals...corner kicks...sheesh...the ref was kinda bad as well but i dont know if that would have made a differrence oh well our next gmae is in cambell river about 3 hours away from here on sunday...hopefully we play better and atleast keep the game close...ok well that it for now...

This year for soccer we went to our school island tournament and dominated each team and kept possesion in their end for pretty much 85%....but we lost our 2nd game badly cause they totoally fluked out and then our third game we just did not put the ball in the back of the net....that's it for soccer this year for now

Baseball

I started playing t-ball when I was younger for about 4 years then went to one year of softball and then little league for about 4 years as well. Baseball I played everywhere...center field and Short stop were my favorites though. Now I play with the adults playing softball and probably start playing windmill(fastpitch) baseball soon with the adults.

Hockey

I started playing floor hockey when I was about 6 played floor hockey till I was 12 then they had no more floor hockey for my age. Then my friends dad got us playing rollerhockey but all we really did was just play around no real games. I have only actually play ice hockey twice and I was not good at all. But oh well because I can barley ice skate anyway.
