VEERS:The Imperial ground force commander in Vaders fleet. Veers commands a elite force of men that run the gigantic AT-AT walkers. He's a bit timid when going into combat unless he has a big force with him. In the battle of Hoth he commanded most of Vaders forces. He was in the middle walker. His walker shot down Luke Skywalker down. His life was cut short though when a Snowspeeder plowed into his front viewport. His second in command General Covell took charge but 5 yrs later he was killed by the insane Jedi Master Cyboth. Veer's force remained though. It lasted all the way to when the New Republic and Empire signed peace only then did it start to disband.
