“3 Witches we are” by Nicole Morales

Ok, hallo all! This is my fanfic, and at the opening, Pan is 20, and Trunks is 34, and Goten is about 24. If you ppl wanna e-mail me about it, my e-mail address is SimGirl86@aol.com. By the way, I don’t own DBZ at all!

                                Chapter 1: Sadistic Humor appears

        “Hey, boxer boy! Gimmie the salt and pepper!” Goten shouted to Trunks. Without looking up from the fire he was trying to start, Trunks picked up the salt and pepper shakers one-by-one, and threw them at Goten. “Hey, baka, what have I told you about calling me boxer boy?” Trunks yelled at Goten. Goten grinned his fathers patented idiot grin, then went back to making sandwiches.

                            *  *  *  *

        About 30 yards away from Goten and Trunks’ campsite, something strange just happened. A shimmering light appeared, then slowly the silhouettes of 3 teenage sayjin girls appeared. The leader of the group was a 23 year-old girl, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was about 5’ 7”, with medium length brown hair, and dark brown eyes. She wore black flare jeans, topped off with a black baby-tee that said, “Surrender is not an option”. The girl standing next to her had short, reddish-brown hair, with green eyes. She wore blue jeans, with a dark blue tee that read, “You don’t know Dick.” The third, and last girl in the group was taller than all of them, and wore cut-off jean shorts with a tank top that was black and was inscribed with, “Death is only the beginning.” All of them wore black sneakers, and had a look of sadistic humor on their faces.

“They’re this way, I can feel their Ki.” The leader, named Cindy, informed the others.

        Without another word, the three girls started walking towards Goten and Trunks’ campsite.

                              *  *  *  *

        Back at the campsite, Trunks and Goten were wolfing down about 50 sandwiches a minute. Goten took a huge bite, then choked when he felt 3 Ki’s approaching. “Hey, Trunks, you feel that?” Trunks, who was giving all his attention to eating, simply shook his head no.

        About a millisecond later, the three-sayjin girls walked into the campground. “Excuse me, but are you two Goten and Trunks?” Stephanie, the tall one, asked. Goten managed to swallow his bite of food, and cleared his throat. “Yeah, we are Goten and Trunks. How did you know?” Trunks looked at the three girls, then caught sight of something that made him choke. “KAMI! YOU GIRLS ARE SAYJINS, AREN’T YOU?” he shouted, spewing out crumbs of bread and cold cuts. Greta, the red-haired one, nodded yes, trying hard not to smirk.

        Cindy stepped up to Trunks, who had started to cough and hack, and thwacked him on the back hard, then walked to her friends and whispered something to them, then laughed along with her friends. Goten looked at them, his primitive brain working overtime, trying hard to figure out how these three girls could really be Sayjins, when to his knowledge, only his father and Vegeta were full blooded Sayjins. “By the way, my name’s Cindy, this is Stephanie, and lastly, this is Greta. We know who you are, because on our planet, in our dimension, you are big stars. We need to talk to Pan.” Cindy said, looking at Goten and wondering if his head was about to explode, or if he was just having a HUGE migraine. “Well, we really don’t know where Pan is, but maybe our parents would know, so maybe we should just go home and tell them why you’re here.” Trunks stated. “Well, that might be a good idea, considering you aren’t helping us at all.” Greta replied, giving Cindy a look that plainly said, we’re finally getting somewhere.

                                *  *  *  *

        After packing up, and getting out of the woods, Trunks looked at the girls and told them, “We’re going to have to fly now, for about half an hour to get to my house, ok?” The girls merely nodded, then started to fly. Trunks and Goten started to fly too.

                                Chapter 2: Impossible!

        At the Capsule Corp house, Bulma was busy cooking dinner for Vegeta, Goku, and ChiChi. Goku and Vegeta were busy sparring in the gravity room, and ChiChi was cutting up some vegetables. Suddenly Trunks burst into the kitchen, followed by Goten, and 3, could it be?, sayjin girls!

ChiChi looked up, caught sight of the girls’ tails, and yelled, “GOKU!!! VEGETA!!! YOU GOTTA SEE THIS!!!”

        Goku and Vegeta walked in a couple minutes later, and looked at the 3 girls. “Sayjins? I thought we were the only Sayjins, Vegeta! Isn’t that what you said?” Goku asked, obviously confused. “Kakarot! You baka, of course I said that! There’s no way they can be Sayjins!” Vegeta replied, not wanting to admit that he could possibly be wrong. “Of course we’re Sayjins! Only an idiot could doubt it!” Stephanie sneered, watching Vegeta turn an interesting shade of purple.

        Cindy rolled her eyes then spoke to Bulma. “Hello, my name is Cindy, this is Greta, and the one sneering is Stephanie.” Bulma tried to hide a smile, then replied, “How nice to meet you Cindy, Greta, Stephanie. My name is Bulma, this is my husband, Vegeta. Over there is my friend ChiChi, and that’s her husband, Goku.”

        Cindy, Greta and Stephanie greeted each one in turn, and then whispered to each other. “Should we tell them why we’re here?” “Maybe we should wait.” “No, Pan could be gone by now” The last statement was made by Cindy.

        Trunks and Goten watched the three sayjins whisper to each other. I wonder if they’re serious. Trunks thought.

        Just then, Greta turned to Goku. “Do you know where Pan is?”

        ChiChi gasped, and Goku looked confused. “Pan? W-w-why, she’s gone to Australia, to marry her fiancé,” ChiChi informed them, her voice trembling. “DAMN! WE’RE TOO LATE!” Cindy yelled, surprising them all. “GRETA, STEPHANIE, TRUNKS, GOTEN, FOLLOW ME. I’LL EXPLAIN LATER.” She immediately blasted off, cursing, using more foul language than a sailor in the middle of a huge hurricane.

                                Chapter 3: We’re too late!

        The flight to the coast of Australia took hours, and on the way, Cindy explained everything to Goten and Trunks.

        “We got news of the problems you and Pan were having trouble, Trunks.” At that, Trunks turned crimson red. Cindy didn’t notice, and kept on explaining. “You see Trunks, you and Pan were made for each other. But when Pan marries that man, she will be eternally unhappy. Worst of all, in a couple months after the wedding, he will get in a drunken rage, and seriously injure her spinal cord. Soon after that, the machine that is helping her live will mysteriously brake, and she will die.” “I don’t get it. She’s a quarter Sayjin, right? So why is he able to beat her down like that?” Goten asked. “That’s the mysterious part. No one knows how, or why, except that he was in a drunken state.” Greta replied. And with that answer, they arrived at the coast.

                 Chapter 4: Pan, we’re here to save you

        After they touched down on the beach, Cindy told everyone to look out for Pan. Goten, though, had an easier way to find her. “Pan gave my mom and dad her husband-to-be’s address. She also gave it to Trunks, right?” Goten asked. Trunks turned red and muttered, “Yeah, I have it right here in my pocket.” He pulled out a small sheet of paper, and shoved it into Cindy’s hand. She glanced at the paper, and then sighed into relief. “Well, we’re near the street she lives on, I’ll tell you that much.” Cindy said, starting to walk towards the street Pan now lived on.

        Greta was the first one to see the house. “There it is! Oh my great goddesses, what a rundown old shack.” Everyone had their mouths open, and their jaws on the floor. Goten was sweatdropping, along with Trunks. Stephanie rolled her eyes, then went up to the door and started knocking on the door, hard. Pan opened the door, and it was obvious that she had just stopped crying.

        “May I help you?” She asked, mildly suspicious. Then she caught sight of Goten and Trunks. “Goten! Trunks! What are you doing with, um, these people?” “Long story. Listen, Pan, we need to leave right now, and you have to come with us.” Trunks said, grabbing her by the wrist.

        “Pan! Who the hell is that?” a slurred voice yelled, then belched. A man, who must have been about 25, but looked older because he was drinking heavily, appeared at the door, head bobbing, and looked at the strange group with unfocused and red eyes. He looked at Trunks, who was still holding Pan by the wrist, and pulled her wrist out of Trunks’ hand, hard. “You keep away from my wife, whanker.” He said, slurring the words together, and blinking sleepily. Pan flinched as he grabbed her by the arm, then dragged her inside. Casting one last look at Trunks, she let the screen door slam shut.

                  Chapter 5: Why is she letting him do this?

        Everyone was surprised, but no more than Trunks and Goten. “Why did she let him boss her around like that? If I ever tried something like that, she would have blasted me into pieces!” Goten exclaimed. “Maybe she thought that she would be able to help him, make him sober again. Besides, I bet she thought he really loved her.” Cindy said, her eyes on the sunset. Greta leaned over to Trunks and whispered, “She should know. She had a relationship like that, but the guy was a drug junkie while being an alcoholic.” Trunks just nodded, surprised. “Well the guy’s got to work, right? So we just hang out here, and wait until he leaves, then we go and save Pan.” Stephanie said, impatiently.

        “Um, people? I have some really bad news.” Goten said speaking up. “Well today is the 30th of June, right? Well, their wedding is the 1st of July! Which means the wedding is TOMORROW!” Everyone started to talk, all except for Cindy.

“CALM DOWN EVERYONE!” Cindy shrieked. “We got to wait till that bozo falls asleep, then we get Pan, and get out of here!” Trunks, Goten, Greta, and Stephanie looked at each other. “Yeah, that would probably work.” Trunks said.

        Around midnight, Pan was awake, drinking a cup of tea and crying silently. Suddenly, she sat up, hearing a soft knocking on the back door. As she answered the door, a person all dressed in black walked in, and quickly, pinched her on a spot on her shoulder, knocking Pan out.

        When she recovered, Pan found herself lying down, with one of the girls that visited her house softly wiping her forehead with a damp cloth. “Pan, it’s good you woke up. I’m Greta. You’ve been asleep for a couple of hours, and you have been muttering interesting things in your sleep.” Greta said, handing Pan a cup of water. Pan ignored the cup of water, and asked, “But how did I get here? Where’s Bert? He’s going to be so mad at me!” “You don’t need to worry about that messed up man any more Pan. I delivered him to the police station already.” Trunks said, smiling slightly at seeing Pan. Pan looked up at Trunks with confusion written on her face. “What do you mean? Yeah, he drank, but it wasn’t that bad!” “Pan, don’t deny it. He would have hurt you… and killed you in a couple months, if it wasn’t for these three girls who came and warned us, you would have been in big trouble.” Trunks said, smiling at the three witches. “I’m Cindy, and this is Stephanie.” Cindy introduced herself, then said, “Now let’s go home.”

                        Chapter 6: We’re home!

        “Pan, you’re too weak to fly, I guess I squeezed your pressure point a little too hard.” Stephanie said. “No big deal. I’ll carry her.” Trunks said, blushing slightly.

        When they got to Bulma’s house, Trunks set Pan on the ground and she kissed him slightly on the cheek. Just then, Bulma, ChiChi, Videl, Gohan, Goku, and Vegeta came out. “PAN!” Videl and ChiChi shrieked. In about 5 seconds, it was pandemonium, with almost everyone hugging everyone else. All except for Vegeta, Cindy, Stephanie, and Greta.

        Cindy, Greta, and Stephanie looked at each other and nodded. They stood in a semi-circle, and held hands, then began to chat quietly. “HOLD IT!!” Vegeta yelled at them, causing everyone to stop what they were doing. The girls looked at him with amusement in their eyes. “What do you want? We need to leave now. Our job is done here, can’t you tell?” Cindy said, irritated. “Yeah, besides Veggie-head, I don’t think you want us here anymore than we want to be here.” Stephanie sneered. Vegeta turned an interesting shade of green, than began trying to blast them, but he couldn’t. The three girls just laughed, and a purple barrier appeared. “VEGETA YOU BAKA YAROU!!!! YOU LEAVE THOSE NICE GIRLS ALONE!” Bulma shouted at him embarrassed at Vegeta’s behavior. “I think that we should just say good-bye to them, and let them be on their way.” Trunks said, quickly. Vegeta just hmphed, while everyone else said good-bye.

        Finally, Cindy, Greta, and Stephanie stood in a semi-circle, then held hands and started to chant. In a brilliant flash of light, they disappeared, and all that was left for memories were 3 necklaces; one with a pentacle, one with a small, clear glass marble, and one with a small, knife on it.

                        Epilogue

        After Cindy, Greta and Stephanie went home, they were yelled at and grounded because they forgot to do their chores before they left.

        Trunks and Pan had a very hard time convincing Gohan that they should be able to date, but he was finally convinced when he found out that the three necklaces were artifacts, and Trunks gave them to him.

        Bert, after being put in jail, was sentenced to life in jail, because not only was he an alcoholic and spouse abuser, but he had also embezzled from the company he worked for, and abused many of he former girlfriend’s animals.
