2 The voice was now laughing. Naloon mysteriously woke up in pain and looked around with great fear. She couldn't move because of her burning injuries. VOICE "Don't try to find me...I'm in your head. Remember me?!!" Naloon noticed that her hand was tickling and started to move on its own. It reached back to her gun, and pulled it in the air. She wanted to stop moving but it was like the body wasn't her own. The gun went pointing directly to her head and released the safety lock. Naloon tried to pull down the gun but her arm wouldn't move. VOICE "You are an idiot...hahahaha. You are mine you hear me!..I control your every move...cause your body is mine" NALOON(struggling) "No one controls me" VOICE "...You are not getting away from me now" The gun made a quick move and fired on her leg. Naloon wanted to scream but her mouth wasn't making a sound. INTERNAL NALOON'S PUTER "Beginning stasis lock..." Naloon was blacking out when the voice came in again. VOICE "Feel the pain my friend. Wake up! Wake up!" INTERNAL NALOON'S PUTER "Stasis lock aborted" Naloon couldn't support the pain. She wanted it to stop but couldn't do anything. Her eyes were looking down on the bleeding leg. How could she even stay alive with those wounds? In the other corner of the room, Megatron had just stood up and was listening to her incomprehensive conversation. MEGATRON "Awww the witch's servant I see... She still trying to get rid of me.... I think not...You fool, now you are going to die for your heroic attempt" NALOON, with deep struggle "...wit..ch ...servant???" He jumped towards her but rapidly decreased in speed. He finally stopped, out of breath, a few feet from her. The draining effect was coming from the round object and not the chip itself. Megatron briefly looked at it and could see the glowing surface becoming brighter. MEGATRON "You are one clever robot...but the witch will not get what she wants...noooo" He turned around and destroyed the alien object with his gun. The blast it caused created a vibration: the walls started shaking. Megatron looked up and tried to avoid getting scrap by falling rocks. He turned back towards Naloon, ready to shoot, but saw that she was gone. MEGATRON "NO...she...got away." He ran as fast as he could to get out of there, empty handed. When he was out of sight, Naloon, still on the ground, deactivated her cloaking device and reappeared. Even if the alien device couldn't take her energy now, she would get smash by rocks or simply go into stasis lock. It would be good....but then she feared the voice would make her stay alive. She closed her eyes and listened the rumbling sound when she felt herself leaving the ground. She looked back up and could see someone was picking her up... but that is all that she can remember... Rhinox was going around the control room. All the computer screens were open and scanning past alien devices. Dinobot was standing in front of the central table, staring at the holo-projection of the map grid. Obtimus came in to his side. OBTIMUS "So where did you find Naloon" DINOBOT "Right in that mountain...there was an alien site in there but Megatron surely destroyed it. Let's hope he didn't have time to collect any technical advantage." OBTIMUS "Let's hope not... I better go see if Naloon is awake... we will see what happened." DINOBOT "If she doesn't take the chance to shoot you" OBTIMUS "Well you are the one who brought her back" DINOBOT (with a bit of hesitation) "I thought...it would be strategically logical if I took her back for interrogation" Obtimus observed his reaction with doubt but decided to let it go OBTIMUS "...prime...(turning towards Rhinox) Rhinox, I want you to find out why our scanners didn't detect this alien ship and if possible it's energy signature...we'll maybe have more of this things." A small room with no windows. It was hard to say if she had slept for a couple of hours or a couple of days. There was to the left of the bed a computer screen, showing some data. When she first opened her eyes, that screen took her full attention as it brought back the memories of what happened just before she faded. It was a scanned picture of her insides. There was in the middle of the chest, the little flashing device of alien source. She looked at it with great curiosity and fear. Carefully getting on her feet, she came close to the computer and began to look at the files. COMPUTER VOICE "Modification accepted" A new picture of her inside with no unusual elements replaced the old one. The chip was gone and the picture looked normal. She took a step back. NALOON "Why did I claim to be the creator of this..." The door behind her opened. Suddenly, she could hear the voice laughing again. Naloon looked around with anxiety as Obtimus was entering. He saw the look on her face and thought she was lost. OBTIMUS "You are in our ship again...please don't shoot me I'm not going to arm you." NALOON "What happened to me...why am I back in here..." OBTIMUS "You got badly damaged again and Dinobot found you in that mountain" NALOON "I don't need your help" She pushed aside Obtimus and walked outside of the room, Obtimus tried to follow her as she was wondering in the halls of the ship. OBTIMUS "I would like to know what happened out there...I heard Megatron came in there..." Naloon was just ignoring him and Obtimus was starting to loose his patience. OBTIMUS "Naloon! It is very important for us to know if Megatron got his hands on that technology and what was the use of this alien site!" NALOON "Shut up! I don't know what you are talking about!!!!" She walked into the control room and spotted Dinobot. He looked up towards her. NALOON with no emotion in the voice "Next time you ever get close to me, I will kill you Dinobot" Dinobot laughed . DINOBOT ,ironically "Woo I'm scared!" Obtimus grabbed her shoulder and turned her around. OBTIMUS "What is wrong with you...You are a Maximal and Dinobot saved your life. Why are you that irritating!" She raised her eyebrows and looked Obtimus from head to toes. She came closer to him and grabbed his armour. Her face came very close to his. Obtimus felt like blushing. NALOON "Because... I hate you remember" She pushed him back with a violent movement and walked away in the elevator. She was gone again. Rhinox shook his head and returned to his computer. Rattrap was observing the action from his chair. RATTRAP "Women...I never got to understand them" OBTIMUS * Sight* "We will never know what happened back there..." The red flashing lights suddenly came on and an alarm sound buzzed loud in the halls. An explosion shook the base up. Obtimus grabbed the control table to avoid falling on the ground. Rattrap who was getting up fell back in his chair RHINOX, looking at his computer screen "Predacons are attacking the base!" RATTRAP "Like we couldn't figure that out" OBTIMUS "And Naloon is outside!" The computer screen opened on her. She was in fighting with Scorpinok. Cheetor came in the control room at the same time. CHEETOR "What's going on?!!" OBTIMUS "Cheetor, Dinobot, follow me! Naloon is in danger!" An other buzzing sound came in from the screen where Rhinox was still sitting. All the other Maximals turned around to see what it was. RHINOX "Obtimus! A stasis pod is coming into the atmosphere!" Obtimus looked on the screen and punched the table OBTIMUS "They are trying to block us from retrieving it!" The battle had begon under the dark clouded sky. Naloon was furiously fighting with Scorpinok while Wasbinator and Terrosaur were attacking the base with full gun power. Scorpinok tried to fire on her but she kept hitting his arms upwards with a rapid uppercut. Obtimus, Cheetor and Dinobot came out and started to fire on the Predacons. Terrosaur and Wasbinator flew backwards to avoid being scrapped. One of the blasts came close to hit Naloon. She punched Scorpinok in the face and looked back to see who was shooting on her and saw Dinobot looking at her with an evil grin. She took the knocked down Scorpinok and threw him with all her strength towards Dinobot who luckily got out of the way. Scorpinok went flying in the huge waterfalls below. Dinobot tried to fire on her many times, but Naloon was avoiding all his hits. OBTIMUS, yelling "Stop firing on her she is on our side!!!!" But Dinobot was continuing to fire and Naloon took a hit from an in coming missile of Wasbinator, since she was distracted. She fell on the ground and automatically used her cloaking device and disappeared from sight. She then heard the voice again. VOICE "A stasis pod is coming...hurry up and get it!" NALOON "I said before that I wouldn't obey anyone" Naloon's wound on her chest started to burn again. She grabbed her chest and grinned. When she looked back on her hands they had fresh blood all over. She got back on her feet and started running in what looked like the right direction... The other Maximals were still fighting the Predacons...but they did not notice Rattrap coming from the back and running towards the stasis pod landing spot. Megatron, Tarentulas and Blackarrachnia were almost to the pod. They were getting into the deep forest when the rain started to fall quietly. The stasis pod was hard to track in that big vegetation but they had a scanner that would tell them the general direction. They were getting closer to it when something odd seemed to crack in the distance, like footsteps. Megatron looked around. MEGATRON "Quickly, the Maximals are already here..." BLACKARRACHNIA "I will find the Maximals Megatron" They got pass some bunches and there it was, standing in the grass: the stasis pod. MEGATRON "No need: the Maximals will come to us...but it will be too late." Tarentulas opened the computer panel and started tapping. Megatron got to his side and noticed that Tarentulas was getting nervous. Blackarrania was securing the area. TARENTULAS "No..." MEGATRON "What is wrong?" TARENTULAS "I can't get to the program...it is locked by an error!" MEGATRON "What sort of error?" TARENTULAS "The energy signature is mixed with ...one other" At his words, the stasis pod hatch opened in a blast and a gun came right onto his head. BANG! Tarentulas went flying into the sky. Naloon jumped out and fired three times on Megatron. He fell on the ground. Blackarrachnia turned around and started to fire with her legs. The little bullets were coming through her armor. Naloon dropped her gun on the ground and fell back, bleeding. She tried to get back to the fight but couldn't stand up. The weapon fire stopped and Blackarrachnia came to her side and pointed her poisoned gun to her head. BLACKARRACHNIA "That protoform is a Predacon to be" Naloon closed her eyes and thought she was going to die but she heard another gunshot and Blackarrachnia went flying in the air. Rattrap had just arrived. RATTRAP "As much as I love to see women fight...I prefer when it's over me!" Megatron jumps up. MEGATRON "You witch's servant will not get that protoform..noooo..." He was about to shot when a fire blast exploded behind him. He pulled his gun down and fled in the forest. They could hear the other Maximals approaching. Rattrap looked around for a while then walked towards Naloon. She was forced to look at him standing in front of her. RATTRAP "...hey...Are you ok?" OBTIMUS "Rattrap! Is everything alright!" Obtimus came running with Cheetor and Dinobot. He then saw the bleeding Maximal on the ground. RATTRAP "She took a bad hit for trying to save the stasis pod." They all looked at her with compassion. She looked away with anger and disappointment. The voice in her head was laughing. NALOON "Save your pity..." VOICE "Why this is almost cute! Naloon saving a protoform...I think not! Let's have a little fun." Obtimus and Rattrap were looking at the stasis pod and verifying if the data was scratch. Cheetor was helping her up while Dinobot was securing the area. In a struggle of pain, her elbow went hitting Cheetor's chest. He was forced to push back, out of breath. Running towards Obtimus and Rattrap, she knocked the two of them off their feet with a single punch. Dinobot turned around and tried to fire on her. Naloon avoided the blasts and got herself on the pod and opened the hatch. Obtimus and Rattrap were getting up...Cheetor had his weapon out, pointing her. VOICE "Yeesss, Yeeesss, Let's make you what you fear the most! A murderer!" Naloon screamed out with anger and slammed her hand through the protoforms spark. She was holding firmly and twisted her arm, pulling hard. The spark failed and stopped in front of the stunted Maximals. Her hand came back up with the spark slowly glowing. Her scream stopped. ... Total silence. Every Maximal at stopped moving, the forest itself looked like it had stopped breathing. Only the sound of the meck fluid falling from the hand of Naloon on the pod's metal, was filling the air with violent sorrow and pain. NALOON(in a whisper) "No...you wont have me" VOICE "You just made yourself a murderer hahahahahahaha, Now YOU will kill all the other Maximals...and then it will be Megatron....in not long I will have full control over your pitiful body!!!!!" Naloon opened her eyes wide VOICE "That's right...you will be completely mine!" Naloon looks at the spark in her hand and felt overwhelmed by sorrow. She felt the chip in her torso plat burning. It was trying to get to the spark...or was it her own spark crushing in pain for the lost of a life...Was it her own pain? She dropped the spark. It went slamming on the ground and broke like a fragile crystal surface and spread on the ground. Its light slowly vanished like little stars dying. Naloon took a deep breath and brought her arms in front of her. She opened her torso plat, revealing the vital parts. With all her strength, she took her hand and broke in the surface with her razor nails. VOICE (with fear) "What are you doing?!!" Her hand pulled out in a burst of meck fluid, holding the chip. NALOON "Getting rid of you" She bent down and her hand went into the dying protoform and placed the chip into the heart hole. The protoform started to activate as the voice was fading. But was mysteriously laughing. VOICE "You fool, you think you can get rid of me like this!" NALOON "You will be trapped in a body and in a mind...you will not be part of me anymore...and then, I'll kill you" VOICE "I will still control you Naloon! I always will......I'll finish you!" The voice then faded and a beam of light came out of the pod. All the Maximals covered their eyes. Naloon fell on the ground, bleeding badly. This hole she just made in her chest wouldn't recover...she had to hit the CR chamber and fast. The new protoform would take live in no time. With her last strength she whispered her rage. NALOON "I will finally have revenge on you...I will make you suffer for what you did to me..."
