Career
He is one of the most promising young players in the Italian game. After three years with Como, Gianluca moved south to Bari where he spent two successful seasons winning an international call-up in the process. He is a wide midfielder, at ease both going forward and in defence. He plays mostly on the right, but has also played on the left.
