Career

The Croatian defender is now in his second year at Juventus after moving from Hadjuk Spalato. Still only 21, he is clearly a talented individual. His physical stature makes him difficult to beat in the air and former coach Marcello Lippi tried to make this aerial power count when he played him as a makeshift striker in the dying minutes of an Italian Cup tie last season.

His favourite supermodel is Valeria Mazza and favourite cartoon Tex Willer.
