Well! That was an exciting apisode! Finally, some Willow action; and another evil Will one at that! Well done, Joss. I thought they were going to forget about The Wish as a separate sort of ep from therest of the series, and I wish (he he) for its sake, that they had. There was something about that alternate reality that should have remained alternate; a darkness that didn't meld will with Sunnydale's shine.

OK, if this was an insight into Willow's 3d dimension, I'm guessing she's not very deep. That's what I prefer about Faith: so many issues to psycho-analysed; can't you just feel the tingling?! So Will really is just sweet, and simple with a stifled streak of spice. Too bad she has to be a vamp to explore that side of herself; are we going to see more of it or not? Joss seems to be leaving her character development open to more with the lines: "This world's no fun." "You think so too?" Hmmmm.

And what's with Oz and Will? Why would he not tell Willow about the band's gig? Communication, people: someone needs to brush up on relationship-having. But I'm glad all is forgiven - is it forgotten? I guess we'll see next season!

"Old Reliable": glad they addressed that. I get so annoyed how Willow is used so often by Buffy. Other than saving her life, what does Buffy really contribute to the relationship? In all honesty, they're just not very compatible. Yeah, reliable; but did you not see the fun Buffy was having with Faith? No, I'm not suggesting that Buff abandon the bud of her bosom for no-remorse gal, but I'm just pointing out that realitstically, Buffy would be with a different groups of friends. She only go to know Will in the first place out of pity.

Odd to see Faith wearing white, but they fit her in nicely into the ep. Was that shoulder touch on Buffy sincere or part of the act? And if she's so damn bad at lying, G, why has she got everyone fooled? Loved the "sugar daddy" line. LOL. This girl has got so many complexes - thank you Joss. After years of Joyce, you are finally redeeming yourself.

One of my fave scenes EVER was the Scooby Gang hugging in the library after they realise that Will was not a dead vamp. And Giles! ROTFL! I love how they are such a tight group of three (four). It was odd with Cordy and Oz in the picture, but now the composition is back to balance.

Speaking of Cordy, glad to see a confrontation between Will and her; she is obviously damn hurt by the affair thing. But could they dress her in something more I'm-not-a-teenager-shall-I-make-it-more-obvious - like? And her and Westley?! Puke, geeko guy; she goes from Xander to this? And if she's so anti-them, why date Buffy's watcher? Ah Joss, I love it when you plan out your character interaction so thouroughly.

Speaking of inconsistencies - OK, how DUMB are the people of Sunnydale?! Bronze scene, right: people, there are VAMPIRES there, planning to suck out your friggin blood!!! And then the next day, all is well and normal again. Is it something in their drinking water?

Now Angel: I'm really not loving that black leather look at all. It makes him - well, my Angelus wore the long black coat. Sigh. Like the silk shirts though, keep 'em coming. (Oh yeah, I'm glad they finally decided to give the poor man some clothes at all!). BTW, does he go shopping for them? Where does the money come from? Who paid his rent at the appartment? Why hasn't he gone back there? Does he still see Whistler? Oh, wait a sec, answer: this is Joss writing, we'll never find out anything.

The end fight scene rocked. Hey: since Willow wasn't killed, is the Mayer gonna try again? Or as usual, will that storyline conveniently be forgotten too? Anja is awesome; she adds a cynicism that ups the comic. And how funny was this ep!

Why is Oz never around at the crucial Willow moments? He was right there, why did it have to be Xander who did the save?! God damn, I thought we'd finished with that crap already. Shite.

I'm glad to see Buffy finally appreciating our Old Reliable. But notice how she was way more upset when Angel turned bad than when she found out Willow was dead. Hmmmm.

Nice Oz-Angel interaction. They're making Angy much more funny. "Looking for Buffy?" "As always" (hint of 'do I ever do anything else?') . Oz, dye that hair back, man. Oh, why couldn't Willow be badder? Even pretend-bad - she had the prime op to show her stuff while pretending to be evil Willow, and she stuttered it up. And gay vibes? So Joss was planning her season 4 character turn from way back, hehehe!
