Student Survey Form

The purpose of this survey is to find out whether you are interested in joining the peer tutoring group at ADWC. The peer tutoring group consists of students who volunteer to help other students academically. These students are called peer tutors. I had a peer tutoring group last semester, and am willing to increase the number of volunteers for this group this semester.

This survey is divided into the following sections:
