    Tiger (performed as one continous flow)

    Right foot in to informal attention, bow (no oose)

  1. Left hand knife & right hand fist held together, at shoulder. Right foot forward about one
    shoulder width, pointing towards 3 o'clock at right angle. Step forward in left back stance
    and push hands out, step back into right forward leaning stance and circle fists back to hips.
    Double knife hand strike to neck, step up into informal attention stance.
  2. Step back into neutral bow towards 11:30, Sanchin Dachi (hourglass stance) hands: fists
    down into a cross block, right on top, then slowly unfold them into a v with fists just below
    level of chin. Pause, two tigers claw strikes with hands.
  3. Step back to 10:30 in neutral bow, hands repeat (left hand on top in cross block).
  4. Step back right leg into left forward bow, with circling wings hands, into two tigers claws
    towards 12 o'clock, back straight.
  5. Keeping at the same height, step back into right forward bow, repeat the circling wings
    hands and tigers claws.
  6. Step up into informal attention stance facing 12 o'clock.
  7. Left back stance facing 9 o'clock, left tigers claw strike down, right out.
  8. Right back stance facing 3 o'clock, right tigers claw strike down, left out.
  9. Step behind with left foot into crouching horse facing 3 o'clock, looking towards 12 o'clock,
    left tigers claw strike to groin, right tigers claw guard at temple.
  10. Left tigers claw guard at temple, and right baby bears mouth to throat. (his not yours)
  11. Unwind anticlockwise and slide left foot back into reverse bow, looking towards 12 o'clock.
  12. Move into forward bow facing 12 o'clock (legs do not change position).
  13. Step back with right leg into crouching horse facing 9 o'clock, right tigers claw strike to
    groin, left tiger claw guard to temple.
  14. Right tiger claw guard at temple, left baby bears mouth to throat.
  15. Unwind clockwise and slide right foot back into reverse bow looking towards 12o'clock.
  16. Move into forward bow facing 12 o'clock (feet don't move).
  17. Step left foot forwards into left forward bow facing 1:30.
  18. Draw back into left back stance still facing 1:30, left tigers claw strike down, right strike, left
    strike, right strike (counted as 3 or 4 strikes depending on your view).
  19. Step forwards with right foot to 10:30 in right forward bow.
  20. Draw back into right back stance, right tigers claw strike down, left strike, right strike, left
    strike (again counted as 3 or 4 strikes depending on your view).
  21. Step to face 12 o'clock in informal attention stance. Form closing (same as step #1)
  22. Step out right into open leg natural stance bringing fists to hips then down to groin.
