Taikyoka One
    Start in open leg natural stance. On command move to informal attention stance and bow.

  1. Feet move, heels together II \/ II. Fist in face.
  2. Step to 9 o’clock in left forward leaning stance and execute a left Gedan Barrai.
  3. Step forward into right forward leaning stance, with a right straight punch to the
    solar plexus.
  4. Bring front foot in and pivot 180 degrees clockwise to face 3 o’clock in a right
    foward leaning stance, execute a right Gedan Barrai.
  5. Step forward into left forward leaning stance with a left straight punch to the solar
    plexus.
  6. Bring left foot in and out into left forward leaning stance facing 12 o’clock, with a
    left Gedan Barrai.
  7. C Step forward into right forward leaning stance with a right straight punch to the
    solar plexus.
  8. C Step forward into left forward leaning stance with a left straight punch to the solar
    plexus.
  9. Slide forward into right forward leaning stance with a right straight punch to the
    solar plexus. KIAI.
  10. Bring back foot in and make a long turn to 3 o’clock, ending in a left forward
    leaning stance with a left Gedan Barrai.
  11. Step forward into right forward leaning stance towards 3 o’clock, with a right
    straight punch to the solar plexus.
  12. Bring front foot in and pivot 180 degrees clockwise to 9 o’clock in a right forward
    leaning stance, with a right Gedan Barrai.
  13. Step forward into left forward leaning stance facing 9 o’clock, with a left straight
    punch to the solar plexus
  14. Bring front foot in and out into left forward leaning stance facing 6 o’clock with a
    left Gedan Barrai.
  15. C Step forward into right forward leaning stance with a right straight punch to the
    solar plexus.
  16. C Step forward into left forward leaning stance with a left straight punch to the solar
    plexus.
  17. Slide forward into right forward leaning stance with a right straight punch to the
    solar plexus. KIAI.
  18. Bring back foot in and make a long turn to 9 o’clock, ending in a left forward
    leaning stance with a left Gedan Barrai.
  19. Step forward towards 9 o’clock into right forward leaning stance with a right
    straight punch to the solar plexus.
  20. Bring front foot in and turn 180 degrees clockwise to face 3 o’clock in a right
    forward leaning stance with a right Gedan Barrai.
  21. Step forward towards 3 o’clock into left forward leaning stance with a left straight
    punch to the solar plexus.
  22. Step back into informal attention stance facing 12 o’clock and bow.
  23. Fists to hips then down to groin, open leg natural.
