    Single Bo form

    Start in open leg natural, with Bo in resting position, vertical behind right shoulder, two inches
    off the ground. On command, move into informal attention stance and bow.

  1. Bo to ready position, horizontal in front of the body at waist level, held with left hand over
    and right hand under.
  2. Turn to 9 o'clock, left forward leaning stance, and strike down with the Bo on the left side
    of the body.
  3. Stab with the Bo tip.
  4. Draw back into left back stance, facing 9 o'clock. Hide behind Bo, held vertically in front of
    the body, at an angle.
  5. Turn to 3 o'clock, right forward leaning stance, and strike down with the Bo on the right
    side of the body.
  6. Stab with the Bo tip.
  7. Draw back into right back stance, facing 3 o'clock. Hide behind Bo, held vertically in front
    of the body, at an angle.
  8. Turn to 12 o'clock in left forward leaning stance. Block down horizontally with both hands
    on the Bo.
  9. Block up above the head with the Bo horizontal, but at a slight angle.
  10. Strike down, with Bo on the left hand side of the body.
  11. Draw back into right forward leaning stance, facing 12 o'clock. Block down horizontally
    with both hands on the Bo.
  12. Block up above the head with the Bo horizontal, but at a slight angle.
  13. Strike down, with Bo on the right hand side of the body.
  14. Draw back into left forward leaning stance, facing 12 o'clock. Block down horizontally with
    both hands on the Bo.
  15. Block up above the head with the Bo horizontal, but at a slight angle.
  16. Strike down, with Bo on the left hand side of the body.
  17. Step back into right forward leaning stance, strike down with the Bo on the right side of the
    body.
  18. Step forward into left forward leaning stance, strike down with the Bo on the left side of the
    body.
  19. Step forward into right forward leaning stance, strike down with the Bo on the right side of
    the body.
  20. Step forward into left forward leaning stance, strike down with the Bo on the left side of the
    body.
  21. Move left foot in, and then out into left forward leaning stance facing 9 o'clock. Strike down
    with the Bo on the left side of the body.
  22. Stab with the Bo tip.
  23. Draw back into left back stance, facing 9 o'clock. Hide behind Bo, held vertically in front of
    the body, at an angle.
  24. Turn to 3 o'clock, right forward leaning stance, and strike down with the Bo on the right
    side of the body.
  25. Stab with the Bo tip.
  26. Draw back into right back stance, facing 3 o'clock. Hide behind Bo, held vertically in front
    of the body, at an angle.
  27. Turn to 12 o'clock in informal attention stance, with the Bo held in the ready position. Put
    Bo back into the resting position, and bow.
  28. Open leg natural.
