Semi Kawaza (spelling help please!!)
Start in open leg natural. On command left leg moves into informal
attention stance, with a double diamond block. Bow, with hands
extended at a 45 degree angle to the body, move back into open
leg natural with double diamond block.
- Low left forward leaning stance, left straight fist punch to groin.
- Repeat other side.
- Move into low left forward leaning stance, left straight fist punch to Solar Plexus.
- Repeat other side.
- Execute a left lunge punch.
- Repeat other side.
- Bring left leg in and then out into horse riding stance facing 9 o'clock, execute a left back elbow strike to 12 o'clock.
- Move through crouching horse, right leg in front, untwist and slide out into horse riding stance facing 3 o'clock. Execute
a right back elbow strike to 12 o'clock.
- Slide left leg in an out into horse riding stance facing 6 o'clock, execute a left then right high uppercut to the filtrum, then
a left and right medium uppercut to the solar plexus region, and then a left and right low upper cut to the groin, lowering
your stance each time.
- Step forward into left low forward leaning stance with a left upper elbow strike
- Repeat on the other side
- Bring your left leg in then out into horse riding stance facing 3o'clock, with a left round house elbow strike to 12o'clock.
- Move through crouching horse, right leg in front, untwist into horse riding stance facing 9o'clock, with a right
round house elbow strike to 12o'clock.
- Step forwards into left forward leaning stance facing 12o'clock with a left knife hand punch to S9
- Repeat on the other side
- Move into left forward stance with a left then right (reverse) straight fist punch to the Solar Plexus. KIAI
Step forwards into informal attention facing 12o'clock with a double diamond block, bow (as before).
Step into informal attention stance with double diamond block.
